The venue is a regular rectangular space of about 800 sqm. It is part of a thin, linear block between the 12^th and 13^th NW Avenue, composed of single-floor units with internal height of about 4.8 m. The internal floor finished level is 1.25 m raised respect the street. Depending on this, on both North and South sides are placed two 5 m deep outdoor platforms to facilitate the downloading / uploading of goods from trucks.

Starting from the existing conditions, it was clear the proposal needed to consider a limited food proposal, that MM defined as follow: pizza, pasta, beer, ice-creams, little pastry, coffee. All of them 100%-home-made.

Due to the missing of additional space for storages and/or services spaces, the design had to foresee these spaces inside the venue.

The solution gives to the brewery the role of “star” of the space, organizing all the other functions around it. The shape of the brewery is defined by the intention of creating an audience for a little concert stage, suitable for solo artists. The necessity to make the stage as more visible as possible shaped the brewery plan.

The remaining food offers are divided in salted / not-salted, substantially separated by the ideal line that connects the entrances.

The whole space is perfectly symmetric respect its longitudinal axis; thanks to this, the defined layout – despite the presence of the brewery at the center – gives instantly to the customers the possibility to embrace the entire space with a single look as soon as they step-in the space from the entrances.

Complete the design the creation of no. 4 new big window openings, to provide natural light to the internal space, as well as to put the outdoor and indoor seating areas in connection between them.
